Data we collect

Contact form: name, company, email, phone, inquiry type and message.

Probe reservations: name, company, email, phone, country, message, and the probes and quantities requested.

With every submission: the site language and your IP address, used to limit abusive submissions.

Purposes

Answering your quote, partnership, job application or reservation requests.

Protecting the forms against spam and abuse.

Recipients and service providers

Your requests are handled by the Rotalink team and, when needed, by Rotala International LLC (USA).

Technical providers: Supabase (request storage), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (site hosting and Turnstile anti-spam check). These providers may process data outside Morocco.

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s terms apply to that conversation.

Retention

Your requests and the associated personal data are retained for 24 months from receipt, then deleted.

Storage in your browser

The site uses no advertising cookies. It stores your chosen language and your reservation list in your browser.

The Cloudflare Turnstile check analyses technical information about your browser to tell visitors from bots.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and object to its processing by writing to info@rota-link.com.
